First, a huge thank you again to all of you who submitted your Nokia Future/Capture ideas. We’ve had a truly overwhelming response, with more than a thousand ideas and submissions arriving from developers from almost every corner of the world.
We’ve been absolutely blown away by the creativity and innovation in your entries. The variety of the submissions has been incredible and it really hasn’t been an easy task for our judging panel—comprised of global and local Nokia Developer team members and Nokia imaging experts—to shortlist just ten entrants to fly out to the exclusive Nokia Future/Capture Hackathon in Lund, Sweden.
The first five finalists who will be joining the Nokia Imaging SDK team at the Hackathon are as follows:
- Christopher Mack from the US
- Mac Morrison from the UK
- Matt Cavanagh from South Africa
- Rahat Yasir from Bangladesh
- Ramon Pastor from the Philippines
You will need to wait until the Hackathon at the end of the month to find out what their winning ideas are.
If you weren’t one of the first five hackathon entrants announced today, be sure to check back tomorrow and see if your submission has been selected.
