I have tried this example http://phonesm.codeplex.com/ and is able to play HLS video links.
Now if the HLS video url contains cookie its not playing.
I searched in web and got that...
I get a "Payment Required" message with a error code 402

Well first I also expected the same. So added this in the code.
After all other streaming links like http://traffic.libsyn.com/wpradio/WPRadio_29.mp3 is working perfect with the same code.
I am trying to play shoutcast streaming url on both Windows Phone 7 and 8.
The below code works perfect on Wp7 but not on Wp8. I don't get any error, the background player state is in "Playing"...

I just tried using the same technique on AudioStreamingAgent, its the same issue. The regular web request like in #12 is working but not the POST method.

Just for my satisfaction I tried a web request in the AudioPlayer.cs class. I called WebRequest calss inside AudioTrack GetNextTrack() and I got the response.
