From which software version onwards these settings are fully supported ?
Can you provide list of partial support per SW version?
Our problem is that 9110i will not save OTA settings cause of "inproper settings", eventhough the settings are sent according to the spec (the very same OTA setting will work on others, like 6210).
As you can see, the settings are the same that are in the "Over The Air Settings Specification 7.0, Appendix A (14.1) GSM/CSD Settings set" just without the bookmark value.
The reason why I preferred binary, was to exclude our software (that converts given wap settings to binary format) from the issue and to show the _real_ thing that goes to the phone, instead of confusing you. Well, now you have both.
By the way, have you noticed that this forum works differently on Opera 5 and IE 6 (atleast)? Opera 5 doesn't show "Edit question" and "Edit answer" links, but IE 6 does. This forced me to "answer" to my own question.

RE: Over The Air Settings support 9110i
I think I found out the problem. Nokia 9110i Communicator supports only "connection oriented" WAP connection type which is the port number 9201. You have used the parameter 14 with the value 60 and this means the port number 9200 "connectionless". Because Nokia 9110i Communicator does not support this it informs you with the error message "inproper settings". So please try to replace 1460 in your string with the value 1461 and let's see if this works.
You are correct that there are problems with the Opera 5.0. I am now using the version 6.0 and it seems to work ok with our web service.
