Mixing Transport and Application Layer on OMA Client Provisioning
I got an interesting question:
The first byte in the SMS Data of an OMA Client Provisioning Message is the message Reference.
Analyzing this I got confused, is the OMA specification mixing Transport Layer with application Layer?
If you think in SMS as the transport layer and the OMA Client Provisioning as the Application Protocol, we should not mix these two layers.
Did any one disagree?
