Is it possible to translate html to
wml? The idea would be that when we
make changes on our web page we wouldn't have to make the same changes to our wap service. It would
save time if we could update only the
web page and translate it to
our wap page easily. Is this possible?

Hi, you might need to think about which elements of the Web page were going to appear on the Wap page as 'porting' the whole page would result in an enormous wap download which was impossible to view. Besides which you'll have problems with the image formats etc.
Maybe an option would be to identify (very small!) common elements and serve them both to Web and Wap using JSP or an equivalent...
I'm looking to learn about JSP and WAP so that second thought may be duff advice!
