I've created a midlet, it doesn't implement any of the j2me touch APIs though. So when I start the S60 emulator, a virtual control pad is displayed with my midlet. I was thinking the device sees the touch API is not implemented and shows the control pad by default.
If I implement the j2me touch APIs (pointerDragged() etc), will this virtual control pad go away? If not, what do we need to do to hide it?
