I contacted ovi support twice asking them to remove one of my contents, but I receive no answer from them.
It has been one week already. What is the correct way to contact them? It seems they don't answer when I use the form on the support tab.
Basically I would like to remove my content and it is kind of urgent - my sis file is actually a trial version and the customer needs to contact us in order to get a registration key. This is quite embarrassing for us.
