I'm trying to use the Symbian SDK with the Borland C++ builder I downloaded from Forum Nokia.
The first message that appears when I try to start a new mobile application or build is that "EPOCROOT does not exists in the selected drive(C:)". I think the settings in "TOOLS --> Mobile Options" are Ok.
Someone can help me?
This message is shown, if you try to start Symbian tools from a different drive than where your SDK is installed. For instance: I have my SDKs on drive F:, when I put "epoc" on command prompt, when current directory is C:\ and then changed to F:\, I get following:
ERROR: EPOCROOT must specify an existing directory.
-- Emulator starts normally.
Unfortunately, this means that you need to reinstall your IDE or SDK so that they are located on a same drive... Also your projects should be on same drive.
I have my project,vc++,symbian all on drive d:,but I can't use the command 'bldmake'
