The port number which is used for admin connection is defined in
<NACS ibstallation folder>/config/CM_/default/ServerManager.config
By default it's
so the default port is 1099.
If 1099 is used by another application, 1199 port used, etc.
Could be as well that port 1099 is used by another application and NACS didn't manage to arange new port automatically.
You can change AdministrationPortNumber to 1199 in config file, restart NACS and try connect with NACS manager via new port.
