ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANX
Basically, you can just upload your JAD and JAR to a normal Web server, but you have to be careful of the Content-Types since most servers don't send the proper Content-Types for JAD and JAR files by default. If your Web server is Apache, you can create a file named ".htaccess" and in it put the following two directives:
AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor jad
AddType application/java-archive jar
This specifies that files with a ".jad" extension will be served with Content-Type: text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor and files with a ".jar" extension with Content-Type: application/java-archive. Put the .htaccess file in the same directory as your JAD and JAR or in a parent directory.
Then you should be able to enter the URL of the JAD file in your phone's WAP browser to initiate the OTA download. To make things easier, you can also create a WML document that links to your JAD.
