If you’re new to Forum Nokia, welcome to our global community for everyone who works with Nokia platforms and devices. We encourage you to look around the Forum Nokia website and explore the broad range of resources that we offer.
For those of you who are longtime members of this vibrant and active community, we encourage you to take a fresh look at the site. Imagine you’re here for the first time.
We’ve been hard at work for the past several months, making a great resource even better. The new design of the site is based on in-depth research and conversations with Forum Nokia members to help us fully understand your needs and interests in this fast-changing environment.
First, the website has been reorganised under an easy-to-follow, tab-based navigation structure that clearly identifies main areas of content so you can quickly find what you need. One of those tabs is called I Want To. As the title suggests, this section has been developed with your needs in mind. All of the content under the I Want To tab is task-oriented, and it will guide you to answers to your questions.
In another enhancement, much of the content on Forum Nokia can now be viewed by the role you define for yourself in your Forum Nokia member profile. We encourage you to explore the content under the Devices, Docs and Tools tab. This content is specifically geared for your role in mobile development.
Another feature that is worth a close look is the new right-hand column of the site. This column includes both a Featured Content area, which highlights new material as it is published, and a Recommended Resources area, which includes content that is contextually relevant to the page you're viewing.
Much of the content on the Forum Nokia site displays an RSS icon:

New information is published on the Forum Nokia website every week, so we encourage you to bookmark the site and visit often.
If you have any questions about the enhancements on the Forum Nokia site, please contact us.
Forum Nokia is much more than a website. We offer in-person training and Code Camps, as well as Webinars and other e-learning sessions led by industry experts. We’re active around the world at trade shows and conferences, which often feature participation by and demonstrations from innovative developers and Forum Nokia staff at our booths. Forum Nokia also sponsors great contests, where developers can compete for prizes and glory. But how do you keep track of all of these activities, and how do you get involved?
Take a look at Forum Nokia’s Events tab. In this section, you’ll find detailed information about the full range of upcoming mobile-industry events offered by Forum Nokia and others around the world. For your convenience, events are listed both by date and by region. You can register online for many of them.
