Technical Support cases

Nokia Developer Technical Support offers you a dedicated channel to quickly resolve complex development issues. Each ticket is assigned to a specific engineer, and puts you on the inside track with Nokia platform expertise. Bug reporting is free of charge. Support covers all technologies available to Nokia developers.

Every Nokia Developer Champion member can submit two technical support cases free of charge during the one-year membership.

You need to submit requests for eligible technical-support cases while your Champion membership is active.

Mini-loan service

The mini-loan service offers some of the latest commercial Nokia platform devices for loan to Nokia Developer Champions. Members are able to borrow selected Nokia platform devices for their own application-testing and learning purposes.

These loans are free of charge for Nokia Developer Champions. The mini-loan service stocks a limited number of devices, so each member may borrow only one device at a time. The list of available devices appears under the Miniloan Service tab of the Nokia Developer Champion Service Portal. Please note that each loan device has an English language pack with a EUR plug.

Remote Device Access

Nokia’s Remote Device Access (RDA) service enables all Nokia Developer members to access live devices over the internet. This offers a possibility for the developers to reduce the effort on testing, demoing and content & application development. RDA also promotes collaboration among colleagues in remote locations. The service is free of charge.
