    What's the issue with using Wrap panel, i think its suiting best for your need and believe me using wrap panel isn't that hard.

    At what point are you storing a value in variable samchid before using it in NavigationService.Navigate.

    Then cross check the values in the variables samchid & date (before using them in NavigationService.Navigate) , they shouldn't be blank and should be in correct format which server accepts(date).
