    this is because oracle han nothing to offer. JavaME this days id quite ridiculous compared to newer technology and needs a fresh new redesign to is compelling for manufacturers.

    The problem is that if oracle doesn't make something with java, no one manufacturer will decides to take such a new version on their devices.

    I don't agree with you suhas.m.
    JavaME is surely a diying platform but I'm not sure that it will die.

    Oracle is working on creating JavaME JVM for OSs, this could mean a big jump for this tech....

    Actually, the only platform that natively support JavaME is BlackBerry, Bada and Nokia S40/S60.

    BlackBerry is switching to QNX and we don't know how good will be the java support and S40/S60 will...

    A JavaFX simulator for J2ME is ok.
    Do you know... the default simulators only support 240x320 resolution...

    I would like to change the resolution to higher one. I know that it is possible.
