  13. Re: Overriding QWidget::KeyPressEvent() doesn't prevent red key to hang up a call

    this is my code, can you find any thing wrong?

    //
    // some methods omitted for clarity.
    //
    void CKeyCapturer2::RunL()
    {
    if (iStatus == KErrNone)
    {

    I tried the RunL() with/without TInt wgId = iWsSession.GetFocusWindowGroup() and iWsSession.SendEventToWindowGroup(wgId, e), but no change is made.

    The only (not desirable) solution was to delete...
  15. Re: Overriding QWidget::KeyPressEvent() doesn't prevent red key to hang up a call

    I improved the code by adding a new line to ConstructL(). Instead of User::LeaveIfError(iWg.CaptureKey(EKeyNo, 0, 0)), I wrote:

    User::LeaveIfError(iKeyHandle = iWg.CaptureKey(EKeyNo, 0, 0));...

    Hi
    Thank you kusumk.
    I can read the file as I expected. I think the problem was that in the first example I wrote data and then read them without closing file.
