    Yup, same issue here.

    If Ovi can't disclose user emails (privacy concerns, etc), then it makes sense to at least provide a web-based form so publishers can respond to specific user...

    we sell a video app and the videos can relate to many subjects - business, entertainment, education, whatever... So I don't think you can draw many conclusions from our stats ;)

    I think that Ovi should add an "official" method for linking to apps on the web site, but this is a nice workaround until an official method is provided.

    Update (more bad news):

    After a few days in which our app was selling on Ovi again, we felt confident enough and decided to create a new content item and submitted it to QA.
