    Yes I am attempting to use the page you have listed.

    I am using IE11 and Chrome33 on Win7 and Win8.

    The page loads up and allows me to begin entering...

    I'm trying to use the Marketing Toolkit and the page continues to refresh without letting me continue.

    Please let me know if this will be resolved, as I am excited to give it a try.
