    Re: Qt application for S60

    Are you ok with that?

    You propose me:
    1. rewrite it
    2. forget about main functionality of the application
    3. forget about...

  6. Re: Sensor API capabilities and self-signed certificate

I have but it's my company certificate. I'd like to play with sensors as hobby I cannot because of stupid security model.

This is on of the reasons Symbian fall into decay
  7. Re: Sensor API capabilities and self-signed certificate

I think it's not good in terms of OS resource management
  12. Re: CAknViewAppUi::Exit() doesn't lead to application termination

As programmer I know that UI received message from my server to close. I don't care about UI state, I have this info on server side.

I need to close gracefully, that's all
  13. Re: CAknViewAppUi::Exit() doesn't lead to application termination

Ok, I understand why User:Exit panics.

  14. Re: CAknViewAppUi::Exit() doesn't lead to application termination

    User:Exit(0); - is it ok?

As far as I know - Kern-Exec 3 equals to "access violation" error on Win

And exit through menu button (call CAknViewAppUi::Exit()) goes ok, without any panics. I just...
