    No.
    I went with 'implement a Web server' strategy instead, and it is working well for our purpose. Python really seems to be the development platform of choice for S60.

    turns out that even if it is not in the argument list, it is not a good idea to a have a file name default.py in the same directory as you are building a .sis file in. Removing said file helped...
