    Re: set_default_access_point

The btsocket set_default_access_point and access_points API works only if you use btsocket's socket (btsocket.socket).

If you want to use Python modules like urllib, httplib etc.. which use...

Re: PyS60 [1.9.7] Tests and Feedback

How are you testing the key bindings? Are you blitting something to the same canvas or using appuifw.note? As mentioned in the doc, you should not use begin_redraw and end_redraw in your redraw...

Re: PyS60 [1.9.7] Tests and Feedback

I'm afraid this does not solve _that_ problem.

If you look at the documentation(3.1.10) -

In the "stats_buffer_redraw" method, by adding the begin_redraw and end_redraw you are telling the...

    Re: glCanvas on 5800

GLCanvas does not have touch support yet. Patience is virtue :) (This feature will most probably be in of one of the dot releases)
  12. Re: problem with key binding for touch devices

For Pointer events the callback function will receive a tuple of x, y co-ordinates indicating where the touch event occurred. This is not the case with Key events, so it is better not to handle the...

    Re: packaging python 1.9.6 extension

You cannot load a PYD from anywhere other than \sys\bin. Rename your PYD to kf_<modulename> and place it in a directory of its own under \dev-modules. For eg. if your extension module name is 'foo'...

Re: Python for S60 1.9.6 released

You should be able to install PyS60 on the memory card. You need to remember that both the runtime and the ScriptShell should be installed on the same drive, either c:\ or e:\ .
