    I tried KInetAddrAny as server address.

    listener.setLocalPort() crashes...
    Emulator comes up with blank screen, and in a few seconds it ends up with program error. "server.exe needs to be closed" by windows.

    I solved the problem!

    It's about carbide.vs:

    Language of Windows on my computer is English. I changed it to Turkish by "Regional and Language Options" in "Control Panel"....

    No i don't use special turkish characters.

    The paths are:

    c:\symbian\dev (projects)
    c:\symbian\7.0s\series60_v21\epoc32

    EPOCROOT: \symbian\7.0s\series60_v21\

    EPOCROOT is the path where your SDK is installed.
    Usually \Symbian\7.0s\Series60_v21\
    Above is an example and you should find out what your path is...,
    Remember there is no drive letter, and path...
