    My system is not slow. It responds properly. But its only the compilation which takes time.

    I would suggest you to debug and check what is the iScanCode value passed, when you press Left SoftKey.Then map the correct one.
    TKeyCode is EKeyDevice0
    TStdScanCode is EStdKeyDevice0

    I used the async timer - CTimer for the delay between key events. It is working perfectly fine now.

    In my application i am trying to simulate key events.
    For eg:
