i have pre-fixed 00 after the destination number to fill the padding.( position 5-10)even i tried without prefixing and reducing my lenghth to 28.

    RE: encoding message centre number

    Hi! udy,
U did not write the length of the message rightly it is 34 (except the its own value) in your case.
    Plz follow these steps:
    AT+CMGF=0
    OK
    AT+CMGS=34
    > 0691566991777711000C9156197397580000A71154747A0E4ACF41F4F29C9E769F4121
    >ctrl+z
    OK

    RE: encoding message centre number

    Hi! udy
i think i am not getting your SMSC point properly.
Any way first please try this then try the previous code.

In the code below my coutry code is 91 = india = 19[in semi octete], so replace 19 to the country code in semi octete and it will work.
    AT+CMGF=0
    AT+CMGS=23
    >0011000C91[19*]56095201890010AA0AE8329BFD4697D9EC37
    >ctrl +z
I am assuming that you modem has service center no. stored.
