Configuration defined in JAR manifest is not supported.

    Hi all,

I have a big problem here. My app is running on SE, Motorola, Sun emulators, but when I try to run it on Nokia emulator (S60 2nd FP3 MIDP SDK), it throws the following message:

    Code:
WARNING: Attribute value for MicroEdition-Configuration defined in JAR manifest is not supported.

Error with temporary jar file: invalid entry compressed size (expected 1286 but got 1287 bytes)

Error with temporary jar file: invalid entry compressed size (expected 1286 but got 1287 bytes)
I have the following values on my manifest file:

    Code:
    Manifest-Version: 1.0
    MIDlet-Name: Test
    MIDlet-1: Test,/ico.png,Midlet
    MIDlet-Version: 1.0.0
    MIDlet-Vendor: Company
    MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0
    MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.0
And, these values on my JAD:

    Code:
    MIDlet-Name: Test
    MIDlet-Version: 1.0.0
    MIDlet-Vendor: Company
    MIDlet-Jar-URL: Test-176x208-en.jar
    MIDlet-Jar-Size: 222877
MIDlet-Description: Extracts information from MIDP capable devices.
    MIDlet-Icon: /ico.png
    MIDlet-Info-URL: www.company.com.br
    MIDlet-1: Test,/ico.png,Midlet
    MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.0
    MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0
The app is running on 6111 and 6681, and is hanging on 7610, so I need to figure out why it is not running on 7610, but the emulator is not helping.

So, I don't have a clue about the problem...

Anyone had this same problem and could help me?

    Thank you very much!

    Regards,

    John.

Re: Configuration defined in JAR manifest is not supported.

Some implementations are really picky about the JAD andd manifest entries, make sure that you do not have any extra characters after the entries (in this case in the Manifest in the Configuration entry)

    What exactly fails on 7610?
