    OfferKeyEventL work on emulator not working on the real phone

    this is my code that handle key events:

    // Handle any key event to service the AppMgr
    TKeyResponse AppView::OfferKeyEventL(const TKeyEvent& aKeyEvent,TEventCode aType)
    {
    switch (aType)
    {
    case EEventKey:
    break;
    case EEventKeyUp:
    m_pAppMgrBase->OnKeyUp(aKeyEvent.iScanCode);
    break;
    case EEventKeyDown:
    m_pAppMgrBase->OnKeyDown(aKeyEvent.iScanCode);
    break;
    default:
    break;
    }
    return EKeyWasConsumed;
    }

    when I run it on the emulator its work fine and I get the events each time that key is pressed, but when I build it to run on the real phone I don't get any event.
    I run it on the Nokia N73 - s60 3rd edition

    some one has any thought why?

    Thanks,
    Segev

    On the emulator have you clicked on a button, or have you pressed an actual key on your keyboard?
