    about Session in raccoon

    When I try to import Session from mod_python in raccoon server.
    I got a error msg like this.

    [Wed Feb 14 13:32:23 2007] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PythonHandler mod_python.publisher: ImportError: No module named cPickle

    I only need the MemorySession
    (MemorySession doesn't need cPickle. so i tried to write a fake
    cPickle and tempfile module, but it doesn't work either)
    to handle communication between two thread of a page
    at the same time. What should i try?

    thank you!

    That's the right approach. If some module is missing then the choises you have are 1) adding the missing module, 2) providing a stub module that does enough or 3) removing the need for that module by removing stuff in the module that needed the missing module in the first place.

    Sorry for not being able to be more specific.

    thanks for reply

    Is there any method that i can use global memory storage in raccoon?

    I have tried several methods like session or server object in mod_python.. which works on normal apache server, but they all can't work on raccoon.

    example:
    server = apache.main_server <-- Error

    x = server.get_options()
    x.add('123','345')

    Hmm, I can't tell off the top of my head what the problem is. I'll try to look into that.
