    Carbide.C++ re-import

    Is there an MMP re-import functionality in Carbide.C++ like the one we have in CodeWarrior? That would be most useful since changing the MMP is quite a common use case in early development stage.

    Re: Carbide.C++ re-import

    If you are using Carbide.c++ Express 1.1 you can both refresh the .mmp file (just right click your project in the C/C++ projects view and select "Update Symbian MMP file") and import projects using the mmp file..

    Hope that helps..

    Re: Carbide.C++ re-import

    What does "update MMP" do? Does it rewrite the MMP based on what you've change in the IDE, like adding library of project file?

    I really don't want that. Ideally I would like to re-import an MMP without having to delete the project then redo an import.

    I'm a bit picky I know :)

    He he :)
    IIRC, it just writes the changes you've made in the IDE to the .mmp file.. I don't think there is an actual re-import project option..

    It one way..updates mmp. Doesnt really replace the re-importing of the project. I wonder if this has become 2 way in the 1.2 alpha/beta version. Yet to use it ;)
