If you have formatted your MMC, AFAIK, there is no way to get the contents back.

Re: Helping, where or how can i get my system back for my NGage?

Reformatting the memoryu card recreates the partition table, volume label, root directory and file allocation table on the card.

As the old root directory and FAT is destroyed (possibly overwritten), it might be hard to find which block of memory on the card belongs to which file (at least, it will be hard to find the name and which one is the first block).

It'd be easier on a magnetic disk, where the formatting would most likely overwrite the partition table, etc., in the same physical disk blocks (leaving the actual file data intact).

On a memory card, the write cycle(s) are spread to different physical locations on the card - if I've understood things correctly, because there is a finite number of writes that Flash memory can handle. In other words, random parts of your original file locations have already been overwritten and lost for ever.

A data recovery service like IBAS (http://www.ibas.com) might be able to help you, but their help does not come cheap, so you either have to be wealthy or you really, really, really must want the data back.

So, as Gopal said, it is not feasible to get back the contents from the card. If you have backed up the contents to a PC, then that's your only practical chance.
