    Can I create GUI components using carbide.vs, how?

    Hi all..
    I'm new in this Symbian C++ thingy... And I'm confused about getting started to create GUI using carbide.c++ express edition.. or carbide.VS...
    CAn anybody help me please? =)

    You can create GUI components, but the UI designer piece is only part of Carbide.c++ Developer, Professional or OEM editions. It is not in the Express version:

    So, with Carbide.c++ Express, or Carbide.vs/MS Visual Studio 2003, you have to design/define the UI "manually".

    Question Re: Can I create GUI components using carbide.vs, how?

    I am also a new comer i this area. I have my Carbide IDE and am able to design different views. But I am not finding any code samples or documents which say how to program the views and handle the events and button press. Can somebody help plz.
