    javax.microedition.xml.rpc

    I'm new to programming mobile apps. I'm trying to connect to a webservice in netbeans 5.5. I created the J2ME web service client, but when i try to compile it i'm having problems on these packages

    import javax.microedition.xml.rpc.Operation;
    import javax.microedition.xml.rpc.Type;
    import javax.microedition.xml.rpc.ComplexType;
    import javax.microedition.xml.rpc.Element;

    I assume that i have to add in those .jar libraries to my project, but I can't find where they are located. Can anyone help me out?
    Thanks

    Re: javax.microedition.xml.rpc

    Have you installed a Java ME SDK on your development PC? SDKs which support this set of APIs are S60 3rd Edition and 3rd Edition FP1 SDKs, available here

    Or Prototype SDK

    I don't have the S60 SDK installed because i am doing work for the 6131 which is S40. So does that mean that i can't use this library?

    Re: javax.microedition.xml.rpc

    The 6131 (series 40 3rd Edition FP1 device) supports only the XML parsing of the Web Services API. The RPC package is not supported.
