Carbide.c++ Express Problems - rm-none-symbianelf-g++.exe: spawn: No such file or dir

I have no clue what the problem with this is and I'm tired of trying to troubleshoot something that I have no clue how to fix. I've installed, uninstalled, switched workspaces, everything and it still won't build. It gives me the same errors.

All I've done is started Carbide 1.1 Express, created a new Symbian OS C++ Project, and then the S60 3.x GUI Application (Hello World). When I try to build it, I get the same problems everytime.

First, the problems list gives the following:
    Code:
    *** [C:/Symbian/Carbide/workspace/Test/sis/Test.sis] Error 1
    *** [src/Test.o] Error 1
    *** [src/TestApplication.o] Error 1
    *** [src/TestAppUi.o] Error 1
    *** [src/TestAppView.o] Error 1
    *** [src/TestDocument.o] Error 1
    file I/O fault.	Test.pkg	Test/sis	line 27
    Note: Line 27 of Test.pkg is: "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\release\$(PLATFORM)\$(TARGET)\Test.exe" -"!:\sys\bin\Test.exe"

The Console output is a little more useful. I've uploaded the raw txt to my own webspace so that I can include all the output. It's at: http://www.olysus.com/CarbideBuild.txt

I'm following the help guide word for word and it's still just giving me errors that I have no clue how to fix.

You might consider clicking on "CSL Toolchain (GCCE) - Install" in the Start menu (in the Tools section of the SDK).
