We recently bought a N95 to use for development of our LocationBasedService. On other phones we tried numerous different positioning techniques, but now that we have a phone with builtin GPS we of course would prefer to use it.

The optimal solution for us would be if the phone simply send the coordinates to our xhtml page as querystrings http://....?lat=123&lng=456. How do we accomplish this with minimal fuss? The manual hints at webapplications beeing able to request a positioning that the user may accept or deny.

Greatful for any advice of where to begin? It would be preferable if one as a viewer of our xhtml page did not have to download/install a program. But Java, C or C++/and any similar language are all acceptable... simply the easiest possible solution to make a http request end send the info along.
