    tiled layer and sprites

    hi,
    I have a problem withmy game i wish some can help me.
    with tiled layer when i move (on the background layer) a sprite or set its current frame the older frame or the old image isn't erased
    i use flushgraphics and the repaint method after each move

    U need to modify ur paint event so that when u move, first the tiledlayer is redrawn and then the sprite and then flushGraphics().

    Hi,
    the situation above wont arise if u have done the right coding ..please check there might be a slight mistake some where ..pointers wld be like do as suggested make sure u draw the tiled layer first and then draw the next frame only...also check weather u are drawing ur previous frame too...
