Urgent! Cannot compile OggPlay on Carbide/SDK

I am trying to compile s60v3mmf or s60v3 on symbian 9.1 sdk using bldmake bldfiles, abld build for both winscw and gcce.

I am a newbie and this is really bugging me, since its delaying my project. However i hope someone can help me with it. I tried to read the manuals, the posts and such but no answers.

The errors i get from Carbide are *BMCONV Failed, a missing OggPlay.rsg and an epoc32 file called kmmfuidplugininterface.hrh

When i tried to build from command prompt as suggested, i get this error.

    C:\Symbian\Carbide\workspace\symbianoggplay\groupS60V3MMF>abld build

I wish someone can help me, or just tell me how to build one of the version, any version in carbide.c++ or command prompt, so i can debug it in the emulator. Cheers

Re: Urgent! Cannot compile OggPlay on Carbide/SDK

Make sure that the S60 3rd SDK MR is set as default. Also make sure that both the Nokia and gcc-e compilers are installed and usable in command line builds (right environment settings).

Then, remove the ARMV5 platform from bld.inf since you do not seem to have the RVCT compiler. If the platform is specified as "DEFAULT GCCE" replace that with "WINSCW GCCE". Also, to make sure you know what works and what not, build the project in smaller steps:

    Code:
    abld reallyclean
    bldmake bldfiles
    abld makefile winscw
    abld makefile gcce
    abld export
    abld resource
    abld build winscw udeb
    abld build gcce urel
If you still have missing files (e.g. during resource build) make sure that the needed files exists and that they are correctly specified in the MMP file.

As for the missing header file, do you mean mmfplugininterfaceuids.hrh? If so, you need to install the "Extensions plug-in for S60 3rd Edition SDK for Symbian OS, for C++, MR"
