    Correct Storage Alternative?

My application needs to store Date, Time and Description (think of it like alarm) data persistently so that in the event of device restart user data is not lost. Application is designed in two tiers one is always running background process that will process and use data and the second is UI application that will allow user to add, modify and delete data. Therefore 2 applications will need to use the same data.

It seems to me I have 2 choices, either I use database or Store streams. Which one is a better alternative for my application? Which one is more efficient?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Re: Correct Storage Alternative?

you can store your data in a file at application folder, this is the general approach for storing data.

    For eg: C:\system\yourapplicationname\xyz.*
