OK to not spam forum will edit this post
I read link form sabagen (posted down)
Ok wehn i make key in Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1 i got 2 files on hard drive
when i open cerfile one show
From link below its said "Certificate not trusted - You have not set any application to use the certificate."
I am sure that is taking about poping that message @ phone
BUt u can see validation time here etc.
Might help to sort problem (or its just said that cos I check that cerfile file in windows). but wth I start create a new sys-package put theme name pres next then make key etc etc.

and to say one more time i did exacly like bellskar explain and not work. (Good job for explaning)

    http://europe.nokia.com/faqsearch/Sh...alse&cat=6&qt=
check this link this is not any forum, but nokia's official faq results
find on the page the word "expired" using the browser's find utility, and read the text arround it. see what nokia says

    Hi vecera
I tried with the examle project "Greay Day" provided by the Carbide.ui
because i was not able to create new one at first. not talking about sis file. but I was not even able to start working on a new project.
then I tried to open an example on the welcome screen of Carbide.ui.
and Carbide asked me to open the project as new project, means carbide copied all the source files to a new directory for me to work on. I mean I was not editing an example but a new project with the content of an example.
so the example content was already full for a complete theme.
then I tried to follow the above instructions. and got the theme.

Mate if no one post after you try to use Edit becouse its help to forum not get spamed.
You can read what i write in my 1st post... I make theme and if i create key its just wont install(pop message like on my 1st post).but like i said I find way that theme work only for mine IME of phone (that mean theme is made correcly and it can be use, just cant get what happening with key).
But as i said b4 i wanna to share theme with ppl and that way i wanna fix this issuse (I bet steven_s will do as well even if he set to work only for his phone)

    Oh vecera
I m sorry, u again got it wrong.
the link I posted, and the text in it is not talking about what u did in above snapshot. it was talking about the details in phone not in your computer.

    ...............
You are notified on the phone display if the identity of the server is not authentic or if you do not have the correct security certificate in your phone.
    ...............
Certificate not trusted - You have not set any application to use the certificate.
Expired certificate - The period of validity has ended for the selected certificate.
Certificate not valid yet - The period of validity has not yet begun for the selected certificate.
Certificate corrupted - The certificate cannot be used. Contact the certificate issuer.
you should think about the snap shot u posted previously of your phone. which says certificate not valid YET. means the 3rd option in above quote.
The period of validity has not yet begun for the selected certificate.

any ways what the computer says about ur certificate is also true. because the computer doesn't now about the issuer, but that is not the matter with ur phone because the phone and carbide are from same vendor.

    I think I m cleared now.

    -------------
I m so sorry vecera, I was not familiar with the rules but thanks
    and I edited this time

    ---
And I m sorry I have done it without my Phone's IMEI
But i m also glad for me.
I'd also like to post those two themse. but I dont know how can I

Re: certificate help :( yet again

    Hey all,

I once experienced this certifcate error when installing .sis files on an E65.

    EDIT
Good news. If you are installing themes on N73 (and perhaps, any Nseries phone), this workaround should work.

    (thanks vecera)

    How I worked around this:

    1) Go into 'Applications Manager' (It may take a while to load. This is normal)
    2) Go into 'Options'
    3) Select 'Settings'
    4) For 'Software Installation', enable 'All'
    5) For ' Online certif. check', select 'Off'

You are done. Now the phone will bypass certificate checking, thus ending all your certification nightmares. Hope this helps.
