Get a command-line window (Windows+R, cmd, Enter for example). Type
    Code:
    echo %temp%
    press Enter, there it is.
    Default location: Documents and Settings\<your user>\Local Settings\Temp.

If you are using Carbide.c++ IDE, you can view it in Debug messages window.
I have put an instruction how to view in Carbide.c++ IDE in FN Wiki page, http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/How_to_use_RDebug
