AMMS (Advance Multimedia Supplements) running on phone

    Hello,

I tried out the AMMS MIDlet suite that was delivered with the newest release of the development kit for S60 phone. On the emulator I had no problem to run the example. Also installing the suite on the Nokia phone (N73 - latest updatted firmware) dind't cause any problem. Then I would start the MIDlet but there was no response by the phone, no error message or something else, the MIDlet just didn't start up.
Then I tried out some examples without AMMS support and these work fine.
Obviously there is no problem with delivering data from Eclipse 3.2.2 to the phone. What I made wrong ? Any Suggestions ?

Re: AMMS (Advance Multimedia Supplements) running on phone

I checked and according to http://developers.sun.com/techtopics/mobility/device/
there are only 3 nokia phones supporting it: 6290,n76 and n95.

edit2: According to player.getControls() , n95 supports only amms.control.PriorityControl, if you intended to do something related to controls you might need to wait for newer phone.
