    Question Nokia 6230i Blank Screen???

Hi...I was wondering if anyone could help me. My mum's nokia has a blank screen & you can't see who's calling or read & write sms'. We have sent the phone back to nokia 3 times under warranty. 1st & 2nd times they reckoned it needed upgrading but 3rd time they told us that it was a battery problem & that they wouldn't cover it under warranty. As far as I'm aware, if there's problems with the battery, the phone will switch itself off or just not turn on at all. This phone does work, the screen is just blank. Has anyone else had the same problem with their phone? Have they had it fixed? If so, how much did it cost roughly? Is it just worth getting a new phone? Any comments, feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Re: Nokia 6230i Blank Screen???

Hi lehma06! Welcome to Nokia Discussion Boards!!

Please note that this is Forum Nokia Developer Discussion Boards. It would be better if you may raise your question in Nokia end user support section. Nokia end user products support questions should be addressed at Nokia's online support sites http://www.nokia.com/support .

Also there are some localized product support forums and one that is monitored and where you can get attention and solutions http://discussions.nokia.co.uk/discussions/. If you post your concerns there you may get a response from there.
