how to sign a midlet without getting pop ups for connections

In j2me when we use http, sms, mms, file connection, pim api it shows a pop up asking user “do you want to allow user to access this” then after pressing yes user is allowed to access the fileconnection, pim, sms, mms.

Can you please suggest me how to sign a midlet so that user will be allowed to access these without any pop up.

Please Suggest me both for device and emulator.
