I'm italian and I don't speak english very well so please excuse me.
I start to programming with J2ME under Netbeans using the official nokia SDK for Symbian S60 2nd edition FP3 but when I try to run the bluetooth demo application project (it's a standard Netbeans J2ME demo project) with the S60 emulator i got the following error (application completely crashes):
The same thing happens when I try to launch the application in my Nokia N70 with the bluetooth enabled. What's wrong? I'm not sure that the same error causes application crash under the phone but, for example, application runs well under Netbeans default emulator...
Can't initialize bluetooth: javax.bluetooth.BluetoothStateException: SymbianOS error = -5 : System:
Feature is not supported
Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
- javax.microedition.lcdui.Display.getDisplay(), bci=15
- example.bluetooth.demo.ServerMIDlet.completeInitialization(), bci=33
- example.bluetooth.demo.BTImageServer.run(), bci=167
- java.lang.Thread.run(), bci=11
What can I do?
Thanks to everyone
