    CommandListener on TextField.NUMERIC || TextField.PASSWORD

    Has anyone ever come across this problem.

    TextField.NUMERIC || TextField.PASSWORD never calls its commandlistener (Itemstatelistener).

    I am using J2ME Polish tool. Is is J2ME Polish problem or J2ME general problem?

    Kind Regards,

    It doesnt give error, but it is never called.

    I tried debugging the by puttin break point in the itemstatelistener, while it is often called for other textboxes, it is never called for TextField.Numeric | TextField.Password. Also, if I tried to get the field of the password, I get ****x. Whixh means, if I type 2342 as my password, I often get ***2 when textfield.getString() is called.

    I used J2ME Polish version 1.2.4.

    What version are you using?

    Cheers.
