    regarding to "This is testing !" example, 54747A0E4ACF41F4F29C9E769F4121 is the OTA code, what does "17 septets + fill bits=15 Octets" means??
    Below is vb code change Word to Hex, is this the correct way to make OTA code? for the below code, answer of "This is testing!" give me
    546869732069732074657374696E672021, different from FAQ Spec. why?
    S1 = txtText.Text
    S1Length = Len(S1)
    For i = 1 To S1Length
    eachChar = Mid$(S1, i, 1)
    temp = Hex(Asc(eachChar))
    strHex = strHex & temp
    Next
    txtHex.Text = strHex

    Hi!

    The text string in the example is converted to 7-bit. If you convert string "This is testing!" to 8-bit it is exactly as you say.
