    Storage criteria for .dcf/.dm(DRM Forward Lock) music file ?

    Hi ,


    i have couple of questions:

    question: 1
    i would like to ask you , i have developed an application which can play mp3,wav and midi but want to play .dm ( DRM forward Lock Music file) which is stored in /res folder.

    when i am trying to play so it saying
    Exception: "cannot create player"

    Question: 2

    Can anyone guide me if i want to play .dm file through my application ,what steps should i follow to achieve this task, as i have tested/played mp3, wav and midi but i want to try (.dm or .dcf) protected file one.


    Can anyone help me please.

    1) which phone are you working on? Not all phones support Java ME playback of DRM content

    2) if the phone supports DRM playback for MIDlets, then creating the player happens exactly the same was with non-protected content.
