    How to detect if a file's content is changed(append, modify, delete)?

    No, I want to know if a file is modified. not delete.

    Why RFs::NotifyChange() does not suit you?

    To be more Specific you have to use RFs::NotifyChange() with ENotifyWrite ...

    Please check the Start() code ..in your FileMonitor..for example
