    Signing

    Hi,
My application has passed all the test cases of ATL tool except the PHN-01 .This test case is regarding the incoming call, alarm visibility and charger ,as per my knowledge this is the known issue to symbian .So Shall i send the application for signing ? And what are the possibilities of getting the applicatin signed?

    Thanks

I think it would not be mentioned there if it wouldn't be required, and I can not remember anything about this being "known issue to symbian"

Anyway, if you can make a strong argument on why your applications doesn't need to pass some points in the symbian signing, then you need to utilize the waiver things to get your application signed.

Passing ATL tool doesn't guarantee that it would pass Symbian Sign.
And as what Yucca said, you can always use Waiver request for particular scenario and make them convince.
