You must have Administrative Privilege to your login Account

I think the problem is not about the Administrative Privilege as my login account already has Administrative Privilege

It might help you in getting an answer if you translated for us the error message at the end of the note?

Hi there, uninstall carbide.vs firest, then you can try to upgrade the .net framework version to 2.0 and above. Then reinstall the carbide.vs. Good luck

    Re: Problem in installing carbide.vs

    Hi,

    A couple of notes:
    - Based on the error message, the issue is that there is a problem with your windows setup, there is not path to regsvr32 (which is a standard windows utility). Make sure that you are able to use regsvr32 from any location, not just from the Windows directory
    - Carbide.vs does not support .NET 2, you need 1.x installed as well as some of the tools have changed names going from .NET 1.x to 2.x

Let's see if these fix the issue..

Yup, my mistake. Suppose the Visual studio 2003 only supports .net v1.1.
