I have seen this a few times. It seems that after some firmware upgrade or in some cases just out of the blue the users get this. The reason for discovering this was that a UA we have is not happy with this SDP and the call is rejected due to codec incopatibility in the list. The profile above has all the supported codecs in the device set, but only two appears here. It also seems to be a hickup with the one codec presented three times.

This is btw from a N-95 with fw v12.0.013, 19-06-07, RM-159, Nokia N95 (03.01)
