    IsvTelCallApp example not running

    Hi
    I am new to symbian C++ development.
    I want to develope a native application to catch a end of voice call event.
    The IsvTelCallApp example with the S60 3rd Edition SDK for Symbian c++ developemnt seems to do similar job.
    But when I try to run this application on the default emulator it gives error - 'Emulator API not supported'.

    I am using Carbide.c++ express.

    What is going wrong?
    Do I need to do any configurations?
    Is a emulator for Nokia E62 available which I can use with the SDK and Carbide?

    Thanks

    Emulator simply does not support most Telephony-related API-s.

    Thanks.
    But do you mean that if I want to test CTelephony API I cant do it on Emulator?
    Do I need to test this API directly on device?

    Thanks.

    emulator does not include any telephony hardware, thus you need to test it directly in the device.
