    Card Emulation Mode

    Hi there!

I am a little confused about the Card Emulation Mode. As far as I understand, I need a signed Midlet to get write access to the internal Mifare card.

What if I want to write with an external rfid-reader into the emulated card?
I understand that I first have to unlock the SE with the UnlockMidlet. After that I
should be able to read and write to the simulated card with an external reader. Is that correct?

    cheers

    Re: Card Emulation Mode

Yes, accessing the internal MiFare card from a midlet requires the midlet to be signed. Accessing the internal MiFare card from an external card reader just requires the SE to be unlocked. - Well, you can access the card without the SE being unlocked, however you won't know any of the keys to access the sectors.
